- Experience working in an Odoo maintenance team.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Will be a plus:
- Odoo certification.
- Project management experience.
- Business analyst experience (not an odoo).
- QA experience.
Responsibilities:
- Presenting Odoo Enterprise solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Implementing Odoo Enterprise systems tailored to meet client requirements.
- Providing consulting services to optimize Odoo Enterprise usage for various business needs.
- Ensuring ongoing maintenance and support for Odoo Enterprise systems to guarantee client satisfaction.
How We Organize Our Work:
1. Pre-Sales:
- The lead generation team (lead generator + marketing manager) identifies potential clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, and email marketing.
- The Project Manager (PM) organizes the quote preparation process, including scheduling meetings and assigning consultants and developers.
- The Odoo consultant prepares a vision for the Odoo implementation, separating steps that require no development from those that do.
- Developers estimate the effort required for development tasks and server configuration.
- Account managers finalize contracts with clients.
2. Maintenance:
- Each project typically involves 1 to 5 stakeholders who can submit requests.
- The consultant categorizes requests, handling those within their expertise.
- Requests requiring development involve resource planning with the PM.
3. Regular Project Implementation:
- Projects are often divided into milestones or managed using a Kanban board with weekly tasks (3-4 projects at a time).
- Once tasks are completed, analysts (user acceptance testing) check them on a Sandbox environment.
- Deployment and review processes are split, with some handled on the client’s end.
- The process concludes with a demo for the client and staff training.
4. Work Time Distribution:
- 20% on pre-sales: meetings and investigations.
- 20% on maintenance of ongoing projects.
- 60% on new project implementations.
Selection Stages:
- HR Screening and English Proficiency Check.
- Technical Interview with an Odoo Consultant.
