1 Lead generation specialist, (in future Sales specialist).
Selection and approval stages:
1. HR phone screening
2. English check
3. Technical interview with COO and CTO and HR part
- 4+ years in business development and sales or related in the software development field, leading teams;
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals;
- Ability to plan and to manage at both the strategic and operational levels;
- Demonstrated ability to develop, to teach and to lead a high-performing Sales Team;
- Ability to analyse and generalise sales data, generate ideas, provide comprehensive information for the management decision making;
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development;
- Excellent in-person, verbal and written communication skills;
- General understanding of software development;
- Experience in both B2B/Enterprise and B2C Sales;
- English - at least Upper-Intermediate;
- Interaction with customers to maintain business relationships + close deals;
- Sales volume and revenue targets to meet objectives;
- Cooperation with marketing;
- Effectively build a short/medium/long term sales pipeline and manage the necessary levels of sales leads, prospects and opportunities;
- Manage Sales team;
