About the project

We are looking for a lead specialist to the Sales team.

Team:
1 Lead generation specialist, (in future Sales specialist).

Selection and approval stages:
1. HR phone screening
2. English check
3. Technical interview with COO and CTO and HR part

Required skills

  • 4+ years in business development and sales or related in the software development field, leading teams;
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals;
  • Ability to plan and to manage at both the strategic and operational levels;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, to teach and to lead a high-performing Sales Team;
  • Ability to analyse and generalise sales data, generate ideas, provide comprehensive information for the management decision making;
  • Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development;
  • Excellent in-person, verbal and written communication skills;
  • General understanding of software development;
  • Experience in both B2B/Enterprise and B2C Sales;
  • English - at least Upper-Intermediate;

Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with customers to maintain business relationships + close deals;
  • Sales volume and revenue targets to meet objectives;
  • Cooperation with marketing;
  • Effectively build a short/medium/long term sales pipeline and manage the necessary levels of sales leads, prospects and opportunities;
  • Manage Sales team;
